If used gear is returned as new, it may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

If a customer feels that their gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to a defect in its materials or workmanship, they can contact the Warranty Department.

Exchanges are also possible, but they require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original purchase and place a new order at the same time.

To make shipping a return even easier, they offer a flat rate $6.99 FedEx shipping label for eligible customers within the contiguous U.S. who are returning products that don’t need to ship freight.

Please note that these policies are subject to change, so it's always a good idea to check the website for the most current information. Happy shopping!
